"Soon as we arrived the 2 gents in reception were great. The tall older gentleman in the grey jacket was a lovely guy and greeted both my daughters brilliantly and was very helpful and took plenty time for any questions we had. We normally stay in the premier inn as never heard of this aparthotel before but will definitely be stay again as the room was amazing a home from home and so handy for shops and a few bits from the shops for the kids.
