Ive stayed in this hotel 3 times now for long periods for work, everytime ive been there the same manager/lady on reception, is rude and a conteil freak, wont left me check in before 3, even though others was allowed to, maybe its because im english?
This visit, i arrived at 2pm had 2 rooms booked for 2 nights, asked to check in, snd what a surprise she refused and say 3pm. So we left and returned at 3pm, on check in i advisded her that i had booked for 2 nights by mistake and was only meant to be 1 night, she said that oks im writen a note, but you need to call expedia as they are the people you booked through, to cancel, . I said thank you
I then got to my room and spent 45 mins contacting expedia, theybwas ok with it but said i need to call the manager of the hotel because they have the final say, to my shock i was then advised by expedia that the manager refused the cancellation.. when i went back to reception and asked her, why did you say it was ok to then make me call expedia for you just to say no, she could explain. I wil never stay in a raddison again,.shes just cost the raddison hotel a awful lot of money. I own my own business and always traveling. The issue was not that i couldnt cancel, it was because she lied
