"Great hotel if you want to visit the Gran Alacant area"

"Our room was large with a big bathroom. A lot of the floor tiles were however cracked and the lighting was poor. In fact a standard light didn't work. Wifi was fine and breakfast was good. The main negative was that the gym was closed for refurbishment - this really should have been advertised whilst completing the booking. Access to Elche by foot was excellent."

"I had very little time in this hotel as it was just a bed for the night before an early flight from nearby ALC. It served the purpose well. There is a small front desk at the entry that isn't staffed after 10pm. Fortunately the hotel staff contacted my the day before. I needed to arrange a very early taxi and they took care of this for me. All in all I was satisfied with the interaction, although having a staff member around might have been crucial were there a problem with the taxi or any...

"Perfectly suitable for catching a flight or coming in late. Very clean facility. Super friendly staff. Very conveniently located to airport and local cafes, bars, pharmacy and supermarket. Walls are thin and bed was hard but for the value rather expected. Water temperature fluctuates with use by others. But boy, when it was hot it was HOT. Be careful. "

"What a beautiful property! Stylishly decorated with keen attention to detail, this property is warm and welcoming as well as spotlessly clean! Marcel greeted us and ensured that we were well catered for. He showed us around and made sure that we had everything we needed. He recommended restaurants in a nearby town as none were open in the village tonight. Everything was perfect here and we felt very much at home. "

"Pros: - Great location - Nice pools - Lovely scenery Cons: - There was a tv show being filmed when we arrived and there was no warning of this. Normally this wouldn't be an issue, but they took up all the parking spaces and left us having to PAY to park underground. If you're going to have a TV show on then fair enough, but to make me pay for parking is bonkers - Staff were a bit blunt, again not a huge issue. But did make me feel a little unwelcome"
