"El Pao was wonderful and we enjoyed our stay. However there were some things that we did not expect. I stayed in the room with the bubble. I think it’s important to note that the only access to the room with the bubble are spiral stairs, not horrible but not also the best. I had the idea that this would be a “bed in breakfast” but because the room could only be accessed by the spiral stairs, the breakfast could not be brought up to the room. "Very well kept hotel in a great location within a short walk from the beach, marina, and old town. Airport bus stop is only a few minutes walk away. Staff were all very courteous and friendly. Yolanda on reception was especially helpful. Rooftop bar and seating area is impressive with great views across the city and of the castle in the background. However, it can get very busy with non residents and it's table service only so booking in advance, especially on weekends, is essential."
