"Great resort with lots to do! Walking access (and bus access) to Seaworld. 2 big pools. (One is heated in the spring). A baby pool. And a hot tub. Poolside bar (in the nonheated pool) and restaurants all had great service. All staff was super friendly and wanted to be sure you were enjoying your stay. Ability to eat right on site, order room service if preferred, and grab food onsite to/go was great. Room in the tower area was very dated and furniture was very beat up. Beds were clean and comfy, so that was good enough for us. The property amenities made it worth dealing with the mediocre room. We do plan to try a room not in the tall building next time to see if those have been updated or cared for differently though. "

"Property is a mile out from universal studios. It’s better to walk there then to ride the shuttle it’s about 20 min walk compared to the shuttle took over an hour Becasue of traffic. Breakfast buffet was delicious parking was expensive $30 a night. I would’ve picked another hotel if I would’ve known parking wasn’t included. Other than that the hotel was amazing and staff was so nice. "
