"Stayed here with my family. Hotel staff picked us up from the airport and dropped us off. Checking in was easy and staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and very clean. Breakfast buffet was included in our stay, lots of options for our picky eaters. We ordered room service for dinner, highly recommend the ceviche mixto and churrasco. "Failed to show up for airport transfer to property. We got a taxi that got lost then was unable to climb the mountain due to their road conditions. We had to climb the mountain by foot to attempt to check in but the staff had already left for the evening and failed to respond when we continued to ask for assistance. Our flight arrived at midnight and at 2am my family was still not sure where we would be staying the next 3 days/nights. Taxi driver was awesome and found us a safe place to rest...
