"The staff members are all the kindest, most helpful, lovely people. The building is beautiful. The room was amazing with a great view of the city. The bathroom was huge and western style (other than the toilet, obviously a fancy bidet toilet) My only wish is that the breakfast buffet started a bit earlier then 7am as most of the bus tours required us leaving before the buffet started...and the buffet was so delicious thar it broke my heart to miss it on the day of a tour"

"We loved this hotel and the area it was in. It was very crazy and energetic at night - such a fun place to walk around and find small shops and little restaurants. They go all in on the Godzilla theme. There are pictures of Godzilla and the movies everywhere, and statues everywhere. They even have a little bit of merchandise in the lobby. For our last two nights, we booked the top floor and they gave us Godzilla leather passport holders."

"This hotel is attached to the third floor of terminal three. It was extremely convenient after having flown all day, rather than having to figure out getting into town if it's your first visit to Japan. The rooms aren't large, but are clean and the amenities provided are nice. I would definitely stay here again. "

"When booking this hotel I saw mixed reviews. I am so glad we chose this. We stayed for 6 nights. It was wonderfully located - steps from Shibuya station to take you anywhere. Also easy enough to find. Exit Shibuya station at the Marks Square exit and the door to the hotel is on the left. Take the elevator to the 5th floor reception. I saw in previous reviews there was mixed reviews about rooms being dated. While not new, our room was clean, spacious for Tōkyō standards - we were able to unpack and store our large suitcase and carryon in the closet and unpack our toiletries. New lobby, great location and couldn’t recommend this enough for Tōkyō. As seasoned travelers - this felt like luxury."
