"The steam and sauna was really nice on the 25th floor. The hotel itself was nice but you can hear the noise outside all night. Advised it was my birthday before our stay, but no special touch. Not much communication or friendliness with hotel staff, however room cleaners lovely. "

Especially a member of the reception team DB Nicholas who was always willing to help us with questions, gave us extra hangers when we asked. Breakfast was extremely tasty, food was homemade and a good selection of food was available. Excellent service from all staff. "

"Nice stay, location is great if you’re using the train and only spending a couple days. Hotel is convenient to everything in the center. Rooftop view is wonderful. Beds are fairly comfortable but nothing spectacular. Staff didn’t acknowledge VIP status and didn’t really say much, for a VIP property I would think they should say something…but that’s me"

"Great location. Walking distance from the metro, which we took from the Brussels Midi train station. The staff was welcoming and the check in process was easy. We stayed in Brussels for only one night, but we were able to walk to all the things we wanted to see, including Grand Plaza. The room was quiet and spacious and breakfast had many delicious choices. Definitely recommend asking reception to call a taxi for the airport because it's a flat rate, and stress free. I highly recommend The...
