"There were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room, which was odd, as all previous hotels i’ve used in the past do. They did provide ‘free’ tea/coffee if you had a paid breakfast (I didn’t have any) but I was allowed to take hot water. The lifts worked occasionally, so I had to use the stairs frequently.
