"It's a great small apartment. Need ac in the living room on very hot days. What I didn't like was the lack of local TV. I was not there to watch locat TV, but it would have been nice to have. "It was very hard to communicate with the staff. I had to call more than 10 times for the just to get a remote for the TV. This place is not located by many businesses to get food or groceries etc. There is a bar close by, however doesn't not have very many chioces for food or beverages. "This is my second time staying at this location & I love everything about this stay. I highly recommend it! The area is safe & quiet. It has easy access to food, bars, gas station, supermarkets, plaza centers with several known food chains & planet fitness if you want to work out. My favorite thing about this stay is the garden area. I will book with Wilfredo once again when I revisit Puerto Rico. "

Nonetheless, we found two cockroaches in the room, our pillows were old and formless, the bathroom sink's handle came out of its hinges, the showerhead was defective and did not offer a comfortable spread of water and finally they had a scheduled construction right next to our room window and while having other rooms available, failed to inform us and give us a chance to move.
