Our stay was great. No issues over the course of 15nights. They were able to resolve the washing machine issue within 15 minutes. Very convenient to all subway stops and shopping areas within Ginza. Would definitely stay again.

The staff are all very nice, some speaks limited English, but each tried their best to find out how to help us. The washer and dryer inside the room is an added bonus! Very convenient location with so many good restaurants within walking distance. Will stay again when in the area!

It is in the middle of Ginza area. It is very convenient for shopping, dining, and transportation. The room I stayed in had a laundry and a kitchenette. It was useful for a longer stay.

I've stayed here twice; but this time it was for a 5 night stay. No complaints on location, food options 5-10 mins walk away from Ginza main street, relatively large room (albeit dated interiors) I can appreciate that the industry in general is moving towards a limited housekeeping approach, but for guests staying for a longer period of time, perhaps its time to consider FOC cleaning after 3/4 days? Our toilet started to smell after several days of expected usage; and to pay Y1500 for the service isn't really in line with intl standards. In SG, hotels offer a cleaning service every 3 days (catering to longer stay guests); rather than just requiring you to pay a topup fee of Y1500

Nice location but the room is not clean at all, the room I had was smelly, the dovet cover and pillow cover were smelly too. Didn’t even ask for new one because they will charge you additional for making up bed and clean the room.
