Just 3 miles (5 min dr) from USC, downtown, 5 points and Vista. 9 miles from Fort Jackson and 4 miles from Williams-Brice Stadium. You will enjoy the quiet neighborhood, tucked away in a cul-de-sac. Nature all around with a nature park. Minutes from everything. Fort Jackson Base, USC, Williams-Brice Stadium, downtown, bars, restaurants, nightlife. You are here on business, or to celebrate a graduation at the academy, dropping off your children in college at the USC, watch the game at Williams-Brice Stadium or just pleasure, this home will give you everything you need.

Two bedrooms with queen beds in both rooms. The Master Bedroom has a full bath including a walk-in shower. The second bathroom is in the hallway. An additional room serves as an office space complete with a printer and office supplies to get work done. Extra sleeping arrangements can be made if needed. Note the high ceiling living room, comfortable sofas and a smart tv with high speed internet. Lush green backyard with string lights to lounge with your coffee. A full kitchen with all your amenities provided. Pots, pans, silverware, glassware, Keurig (k-cups & tea available), a microwave, a refrigerator that offers fresh water and an ice cube dispenser, and a rice cooker, etc. All you need is the groceries of your choice. Nearest grocery store is just a 5 minute drive. Super quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Stay here in the short or the long term, you will feel that you never left home. This is the warm, cozy home that you always want to come back to!

"An amazing stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The host Joy was incredibly responsive and made sure we felt right at home. The location was perfect, close to my event and the neighborhood was peaceful. Loved the little touches, like fresh coffee, welcome snacks, comfy bedding]. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great Vrbo experience!"

Nice Location
We stayed in this property for 2 nights and loved it so much that we tried to book again. However, the dates we needed weren’t available. The home is in a quiet neighborhood and just minutes from our destination. It’s a nice comfy home with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, which is exactly what we needed.

Very comfortable and easy
We had a very comfortable stay here. Due to flight delay, we arrived very late at night and check-in was smooth. Nice quiet neighborhood. Comfortable beds and nice room darkening curtains, plenty of storage, bedside lamps on both sides of the beds, a first-aid kit ( needed to use it!). The instructions were very clear and simple. We did not cook in the unit but it seemed well stocked. There were ample Keurig coffee pods and sugar. The best part was the easy check-out. No stripping the bed, or starting the laundry, or taking out the large trash/ recycle bins. We had a good stay.

My family of Five went to my grandson’s Ft Jackson army graduation for 2 nights. Great neighborhood, very quiet and house was very accommodating. Saw deer both days! Would stay again if headed that way. Very close to restaurants, shopping Really nice host.

Family Vacay
My twin sister and older brother stayed in the VRBO off Lindsay St. I enjoyed staying in this home. I felt the host was very accommodating and attentive. The home was spacious, the bedrooms were nice, the beds were very nice to get a good night's sleep. The location, although, close to the woods, was ok with me and my family. I like that we were in a Cul de sac. I loved that it was pet friendly and I loved the pet bed and toys, my little Mimi had access to. If I had to say anything unfavorable, it would be the carpet was not as appealing; however, I was understanding of it because of the pet friendly circumstances. Long weekend trip
We all loved the house it was perfect for a long weekend trip! A great spot close to downtown but in a quiet neighborhood. We all agreed the tv is too high and wished there were a couple extra blankets!

This property was so nice to stay at. It was in a convenient location, beautiful neighborhood a and very quiet. The house was clean and very organized. If ever in Columbia again I will definitely stay here.

We enjoyed our stay! Upon arrival I didn’t mention but toothpaste was left in one sink and dust was also on the fans not too big of a deal. We went to Greenview pool our first day a thrifty good find. Second day we visited Riverbanks zoo. Third day was our favorite of all EdVenture didn’t disappoint we spent 4+ hours there and it’s literally less than 15 minutes from rental. I did also send message after leaving about some concerns and owner said he would look into.

Nice Quiet Location
The house was very nice location and the house had southern charm. The owner should work with their cleaning company because the house and appliances need to be cleaned better. There were fruit flies coming out of the garbage disposal and the fans need to be dusted. We had what we needed for the time we were there.

Great location!!
Location was great, conveniently close to the downtown area, shopping, restaurants etc. The neighborhood was perfect, quiet, great for taking walks. We even saw deer on our walk.
