Beautiful property but massive and requires shuttling around, which may be fine but the shuttles were inconsistent and sometimes required long waits. The service was shockingly underwhelming and frustrating for a 5 star hotel. The food was okay but not great, and very overpriced for what it was. The beach was great and plenty of shade and loungers available. The whole experience was just inconsistent. We will not be returning.

The staff was amazing , the food was incredible we enjoyed every minute we were there. Enrique, sofia and so many other staff members were so attentive and so nice to us at our stay.
