「The resort staff were all very friendly and helpful despite the language barrier (we do not speak Spanish). Especially the bartenders 🙂. The food options meet our expectations although we are vegetarians. The resort was well maintained and the staff fixed any concerns quickly. 「We had an amazing time! Wilber was our butler and he was awesome! Juan at the swim up bar at building 4 was so fun! Great drinks and personality! Rafael who did maintenance outside at building 4 would save us a cabana everyday and found us floaties to use! Everyone was so kind, polite and helpful!! You can’t help but be relaxed and happy here! We will be back!」

「Our housekeeping staff were great. Beach was nice ...pools were nice & hot tub. Store was super convenient. I didn't see a restaurant inside but Bar was open. Not near enough chairs in pool area ..Even when the pool wasn't busy...there still weren't enough chairs ...also..most elevators weren't working. We'd consider staying here again...」
