カリブ諸島の駅近のホテル

「シェラトンに泊まるという認識で予約を入れたのですが、ホテル名が変わっていました。 タクシーの運転手に、オールドサンファンにシェラトンは無いと言われ、住所を説明して行ってもらったのですが、その遣り取りで少し難儀しました。 ホテルはジュニアスイートルームに泊まり、ソファ付きのリビングは広くて立派だったのですが、宿泊料（1泊5万円強）に見合う施設だったかというと、少し疑問です。 レターデスクが狭く、2部屋あるのでエアコンの調整が難しかったのも不便を感じました。 またシャワーの湯温の調整も難しく、熱すぎるお湯を被ってしまいました。 しかし観光施設としての立地は最高で、オールドサンファンを堪能するホテルとしては申し分ないと思います。 もう少し安ければという、前提条件付きですが。」

「It was a nice hotel but didn’t have a value consistent with the room rate. But maybe the San Juan area prices are always high. Also there was a major festival in Old San Juan that may have affected prices. 」

「The property and amenities at this resort were great. We really enjoyed the pools and waterpark and our restaurant experiences were great. The staff were all so friendly and attentive. We felt very welcome everywhere. The vibe team was also excellent. The Beach on the Punta Cana Resort side was incredible. The rooms were rather dated tired. There were paint cracks and peeling and very low water pressure in the shower. The kids club was underwhelming. Our 8 year olds went once and did not enjoy...

Tricky shower accessibility due to tub/glass and no handles. Chilling air conditioning not amenable to sublety. Balcony sliding door almost inoperable.」
