"Pros: Friendly and attentive staff in the restaurants. Food was good. Kids enjoyed the pool and kids playroom. Improvements: The water in our shower had a bit of a smell to it. Pool side service was generally slow. Mildew seen around the edges of the pool."

"We initially thought we could walk to the hotel from the airport, and it might have been manageable without luggage. However, with bags in tow, it was challenging because there were no crosswalks, and the one sidewalk didn’t provide easy access to one. I’d definitely recommend arranging for their shuttle to pick you up. We did this on our way out the next day, and both the driver and staff were very kind, accommodating, and punctual. "A very nice short stay before catching an early flight out of Cancun airport. The room incl. bed was very comfortable. The pool area is nice and relaxing. We did not have time to use the pool or jacuzzi, however. Check-in and cjeck-out were a breeze and we enjoyed the free shuttle to.the airport. Having to call the shuttle to the hotel upon arrival at the airport can be a challenge f international guests."
