"We loved our cabin stay. Each cabin has an outdoor fire pit and the highlight for my kids was making smores! Its also located right by the river so lovely to go for walks! And can see elk on cabin property. It was clean and we had a small issue with our cabin which was resolved promptly! Highly recommend this place and we hope to be back!"

"I’ve been a fan of the basecamp properties for a while now and in my opinion this one I wasn’t the biggest fan of. It’s an amazing hotel don’t get me wrong but compared to the others it’s just on the lower level. Due to its wood construction the walls are quite thin so it’s easy to hear the rooms next to you clearly. The floors and walls also speak like crazy when someone is moving both in and around the outside of the suite. Now the hotels proximity to kicking horse mountain resort is fantastic...

"My family of 7 came to Canada from Texas to visit Banff NP, Yoho NP, Kootenay NP and the Icefields Parkway. This cabin was the perfect place to go home to after visiting those very busy but very beautiful parks and lakes. It was completely quiet and restful.
