「Lack of communication for the basics like ice, getting more coffee pods, getting the room cleaned. Discovered stuff around that was not in an obvious place. Couldn’t even find a front desk, or any on site staff to assist us.」

「I booked this hotel for my anniversary on Sept 1st for one night and I paid about $520 and I checked in at 4:30pm. Unfortunately I received a phone call from back home edmonton at around 7:30pm that my mother ended up in the hospital and of coursed I packed everything and left for 8pm to go back home. I talked to the staff at the front desk about this very special and unfortunate situation - and since I used the room for less than 4 hours I asked if they could do anything for me for the future...

「It is advertised as room and breakfast. But when I asked where we meet for breakfast, I was told that they don’t do it anymore. I had booked through VRBO and was very happy with the booking. I was even assigned a room for a pet. I was told that the room had just been deep cleaned. The floors were dirty and the full length mirror was very streaky. The TV would only allow me to get to the menu and no further. There was no instructions for the TV. I was asked to pay for my pet dog. I had to tell...

「We had a great stay! The staff was friendly, and our dog was more than welcome on the property. The room was large and clean. We didn't realize prior that we would have access to a kitchen in the common area, so that was a welcome surprise, as was the simple continental breakfast where they provided all the fixings for you to prepare your own eggs for breakfast. Would stay here again the next time we are in Radium. 」

「They advertised a pool but there wasn’t one. Their continental breakfast was ok but if you happened to come after 930 there wasn’t much left. Wifi was patchy at best. 」

「Room was comfortable and quiet. Staff was friendly. Location was easy to find and many dining and shopping options were within a walkable distance.」

「予約時に毎日のハウスキーピング旨記載があったものの、5泊中、一度も掃除が行われた形跡なく、タオル類の交換もなかった(バスタブにわかるようにまとめておいたものが、帰ってきてもそのまま。バスタブも掃除がされていないことが明白)。また、朝晩は1桁前半台にまで気温が下がるのにもかかわらず、エアコンは10月まで夏季期間で使用不可となっていて、とにかく寒かった。アナザーブランケットが部屋に常備との記載にもかかわらず、それも用意されていなかった。滞在中にちょくちょくクレームをいれていたが最後まで改善されず、チェックアウト時にも何の謝罪もなし。毎日戻ってきてから、自分でタオル類を洗濯、部屋の掃除をするはめに。ファシリティはそこそこだが、サービスは最悪と言わざるを得ない。滞在者にはたくさんのルールを強いる一方、ホテルとして料金にインクルードされているなすべきサービスが全くされていない。キャンモアの滞在は、このホテルを除けば全て最高だったため、ホテルの対応が残念でならない。キャンモア...
