"This is the best quality, safest, and cleanest hotel in the area. It's not an area known for tourism or great hotels. Clean, professional, reasonable breakfast, and kind staff. Beds were hard, but I suppose some folks like a really firm bed. Items left in the room were claimed to have never been found by the housekeeping team - be mindful to gather everything before you leave. Overall, a great option for the area."

"The only wierd thing with this hotel is that there is a 200 security fee when you initially pay. They said its for security as the name suggests but it doesn't make sense as I'm already paying them when I get there. Other than that super impressed great service very clean and good location.👍"

"Good value, clean, good bed, good shower, not much around but walkable to church and Yonge. A bit noisy when people are checking in and out, walls are thin I guess and they could go easy on the cleaning products but otherwise I had a very good stay. "

"I am an older adult with arthritis in my knees which made it very difficult and painful to go up and down the stairs. My room was on the 2nd floor. I appreciate the staff for helping to take my luggage up and down the stairs. Another issue is that one of the door key did not work which caused some inconvenience for the 2nd guest"
