"Super location, got off the tram from the airport outside the hotel. Central to everything Edinburgh. Staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Breakfast was busy but we were warned by hotel of when the busiest time was if we wanted to avoid it, but the food was good and plentiful with a wide choice. I would definitely stay here again."

"If I could give this place ten stars, I would. Welcome sherry or whiskey upon arrival was a nice surprise. The place was elegant but homey; I never felt like I had to dress up for anything.
