"Staff was very understanding and gave us an early check in. The airport shuttle was a breeze, received clear instructions from the hotel on where to catch it, when I enquired. Lobby and restaurant welcoming with lots of space to sit. Comfy setup. Room clean, shower water pressure was good. View of runway and ocean is beautiful. "

"The staff at this property far exceeded our expectations. The two girls who initially greeted us at the front desk were very friendly. We absolutely adored Darlene at the bar. She went out of her way to make us feel welcome and worked so incredibly hard bartending alone for a large number of patrons. I have to give MAJOR kudos to Grace B for going way above and beyond for accommodating us and allowing us a late check out. It helped tremendously and we appreciated her wonderful service so...

"Great place to stay. Room clean and large. All staff were amazing. But came back at midnight with the munchies and there’s nothing to eat and we were told not to go outside. Not even a vending machine to get a candy bar. "

"My stay at the San Francisco Marriott Union Square was pleasant. The hotel's prime location near Union Square was perfect for exploring shops and restaurants. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with great city views. The staff was outstanding—friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The only minor downside was that some areas felt slightly dated. A strike was going on, and this detracted from the experience, but I don't fault the property for this. I recommend this hotel; it is great for business...
