"We stay here at least once a year. The property is immaculate, comfortable, well maintained, with great amenities. One of the reasons this is our favorite place to stay is the Japanese breakfast option. The main reason we return year after year is because of the staff. Without exception, every staff member is welcoming, hospitable, professional and efficient. We will continue to stay here on visits to the city. "

"This is one of the best extended stays (8 nights) we have ever had at a hotel. The rooms are extremely well-kept, and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. In addition, there is an excellent restaurant onsite poolside with equally friendly and professional staff. Also, the hotel is conveniently located within Palo Alto and the parking is free.
