"Hotel is clean and big. It is a good place to stay if you are looking for a quite, serene and large living space. This is my second time staying at this property. As one of the guests could not make it for the trjp as she was not fit for flying and had to be hospitalised, the hotel refused to make exceptions for amendments to the booking for the emergency situation. It doesn't hurt to show some empathy."

"Lovely hotel room with private pool. Great amenities in the room with surrounding nature. Most of the staff were really accommodating and friendly. We mainly dined at the thai restaurant as the food there was better than the italian restaurant. The thai restaurant will make vegetarian versions of the most popular dishes on their menu. "We stayed here 12 years ago having enjoyed it then. The property seems to have expanded exponentially. Great service, staff, superb breakfast and choices. Very comfortable living and you don't have to walk anywhere..always a handy shuttle within a phone call. Property has class! Will visit again. More affordable weekdays."

"We love Avani, but this trip the hotels both in a Bangkok and Khon Kaen seemed a little tired. In Khon Kaen, incredible staff. Everyone was so kind and helpful. I love the staff. In the room, the bed was really squeaky and seemed to need a box spring replacement. The shower and bathroom were okay, but the light was incredibly dim.
