"We were the only occupants for a Fri night. Maybe cos it’s about 10min walk away from the walking street. Place is around the residential area... quite quiet... you can hear the cricket or cicada croaking when walking along the street at night. Chiang Khan is only vibrant along the walking street. The rest of the areas close by 8-9pm... so if you are not driving, and maybe just 1-2pax, you might be better off staying along the activity street. The place is about 15min away from Phu Tok mountain...

Staff was was friendly and helpful. Only thing I could say is I asked for a later check out because my flight wasn’t leaving rill 1:20am that night they did give me 2hours and I offered to even pay for a even later check out and they said No which was unfortunate.
