"Customer Service were the” BEST” or even better word the “GREATEST “ in the Hotel industry! by far based on my many trips / over 20 years of visiting Thailand. Custom and courtesy exercised by all employees at Centara Korat( Nakhon Ratchasima ) were impeccable, exemplary, so precious, and most memorable. I can intuitively sense “walking on the Red carpet” every moments I interacted with all Centara Korat’s employees. My Kuods to front desk receptionists ( check-in & check -out) , bellboys, CenFit Staffs, Swimming pool and swimming pool bar’s staffs, house cleaners, dinning hosts ( at breakfast), busboys ( ladies and gentlemen), cooks ( chefs ) at breakfast. A word “Thank you” might not be sufficed to all Centara Korat’s employees… nonetheless, I do truly appreciated all of your generous, genuine and thoughtful hospitality. "
