"Love this place! The room was really 5 stars clean,Luxurious, comfy. The staff are really nice and polite. I mean every staff member are so proper. I feel safe at this place. The location is super convenient right off the Main Street bus I didn’t feel the noise from the street at all. Just a little part that I think it could be better is the food.. "We love Avani, but this trip the hotels both in a Bangkok and Khon Kaen seemed a little tired. In Khon Kaen, incredible staff. Everyone was so kind and helpful. I love the staff. In the room, the bed was really squeaky and seemed to need a box spring replacement. The shower and bathroom were okay, but the light was incredibly dim. It would be nice if you could increase the light in there. The mattress was firm, but nice. Overall the property was good, but walking around it seemed like it could...
