"First time staying at Mandarin Oriental in Shanghai, and what a great experience it was! Front desk staff, fast check in, consierge (forgot name of the Mr.) gave me all needed informations about the hotspots in city! Room, modern, clean and spacious with a nice view over the financial district and the river. Breakfast is diverse, Asian/European style. Gym area is superb, combined with 25m swimming pool, saunas, and massage facilities. Overall good value for the money! "

"This was an absolutely fantastic hotel. Free transfers to the airport and Disneyland. Great service and decent breakfast all for excellent value. There were noisy roadworks outside our room and they upgraded our room from a double to family room away from the noise so we could get a nap during the day. Loved it."
