"Very close to Christmas markets and local attractions. We used a shuttle ($45) for airport pickup and drop-off with no issues. Friendly and professional front desk staff. We had a 2 bed room for 3 people and we were comfortable. Would stay again! "

"It was a comfortable clean room. However, there was difficulty getting the temperature right. Tried having the window open but still found it too warm. The Duvets on the beds could do with having variable togs and some firmer pillows would be useful"

"I liked the 1.5 bathrooms in the 2 bedroom unit for 6pp. Nice tub. Nice snacks and water amenities. Great breakfast for the price, especially bc they had sandwiches made that you could take with you for lunch. Great coffee service. Only complaint was the noise outside the front of the hotel which we were located above. It went on thru early morning hours. Garbage trucks went through at 6am and spent 20 minutes making an incredible noise. "

"The hotel itself was clean. Didn't see the issues other reviewers complained about. We both slept well, very quiet in the room and the bedroom was very spacious for the price spent. Here's the negatives: - The block getting to the hotel felt unsafe and we traveled during the eveninv. Very dark area, lot of grafiti on the walls in the buildings, few Thai massage places nearby that almost made it feel like a 3rd world country, - Only 1 elevator working the whole time. "Today in the breakfast the lady Infront asked my wife to pay (breakfast was included). Only after we asked her again she said:"sorry my mistake". Staff in spa was not polite enough. My room(230) had no connections on the TV channels.The rooms need improvement (old carpet that smells bad)."
