"Great hotel with lovely staff and wonderful views of the river Danube & Parliament building. Only issue with our room was it was too hot & we couldn’t turn off the heating. Had to sleep with the doors open. We did report to reception on our first day but it wasn’t resolved. Otherwise a lovely stay with great views of all attractions."

"I spent a week in this hotel, and I must say this was one of the most relaxing hotel experiences I have been to. The hotel is less than 5 minutes away from both Metro Stations and Trams, it is located around one of the most active areas of Budapest, surrounded by many dining options & retail stores. it is an excellent access point to get to any attraction around the city. "The hotel and staff are great. However, the rooftop bar wasn’t open (not advertised) the breakfast was ironically really limited and poor and no kettle etc in the room, which would have been nice. Good location, given the price (tram stop across the room) and some great bars/ facilities close by as it’s on the outskirts. Great find. "

"I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Even having read the reviews before I left home in Scotland I could tell it was going to be a good hotel but even then, I was still blown away. Also, probably the comfiest beds I’ve ever had staying in a hotel. Only issue I had was when I checked in I was told that the rooms would be cleaned on request however coming back one day it was clear that someone had been in even though I never requested this, not the biggest of deals to be honest. "Apartment was ok, check in was around a 10-15 minute walk away which wasn’t convenient. Very quiet complex and plenty of shops nearby. Wouldn’t stay here again though due to the check in not being on site. "
