"I absolutely adore this hotel! From start to finish, my stay was a fantastic experience, and I can confidently say that their breakfast was the best I had during my entire trip. The restaurant staff were truly top-notch—so warm and attentive. On my last day, the breakfast restaurant manager(give her a raise!) noticed how much I loved the traditional Hungarian bread, Pogácsa, and went out of her way to gift me the recipe and even pack a bag for me to take along. "We had a wonderful stay at this lovely hotel! The staff were so friendly and welcoming; nothing was too much trouble. The room was comfortable and spotlessly clean and the complimentary breakfast was of a very high standard, with a good variety of food and drinks. "メンテの行き届いた施設でサービスにも満足。立地は、くさり橋、王宮の丘に徒歩圏内。駐車場は分かりにくいが地下にエレベーター直結のスペースあり。台数に限りがあるので事前の予約可能。シャワールームが小さくて水圧が弱かったが、バスタブは清潔でアメニティもよかった。"

日本語を話せるとても綺麗な女性スタッフに感謝！

"部屋からの眺めが最高でした！このホテルのリバービューの部屋ほとてもお薦めです！ゲッレールトの丘から見た景色よりもずっとずっと綺麗でした。チェックインの際に予約が無いとのこと？？？困っていると日本語を話せる女性スタッフの方が丁寧にご対応くださり無事こちらのホテルに宿泊できました。とても心強かったです。部屋も清潔でスタッフも皆さん感じよく接してくださりよい時間を過ごせました。ホテルの立地が良く、すぐ近くにレストランや土産物店がたくさんありとても便利でした。"

"立地は、素晴らしかった。最近のホテルの傾向として、オーダーしないとベットのシーツを交換しないのは知ってましたが、バスタオル等全て交換しないのは、ビックリしました。フロントのスタッフが、空港タクシーの存在を知らなく、普通のタクシーで空港に行かなければなりませんでした。空港に行く専用空港タクシーがあるとネットに出てるんですかどね？"

"夜間に到着して、すぐに夜景を見に出かけた。女性が一人でランニングする程　治安が良い。国会議事堂は部屋の窓から一望でき、川沿いで最高のロケーション。くさり橋・ブダ城・マーチャーシュ教会が徒歩圏内です。"
