They had 3 different area of public bath and I enjoyed the rooftop onsen the most, I even woke up at 6.30am to catch the sunrise with Mount Yufu. "Location: The hotel is located about 1.6KM (approximately 25 mins walk) from Yufuin Station and food source. Connectivity: WiFi is not available in the room, only in the lobby. Customer Service: Requested for a dinner reservation on the third night of our stay, but got rejected. Requested for two additional pillows, but got rejected again. Service staff at the front desk, uncle with spec, is always grouchy and unfriendly. Room: Huge, but old. There are holes in the blanket. Onsen: Probably...
