"Everything about staying here was great! I only speak English and Korean and the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating! Especially the manager at the front desk. I got to meet and have simple conversations with the staff. Even the ones that only speak Japanese. They were all friendly and kind regardless of language barriers. Check in and check out were a breeze and all of the staff were wonderfully welcoming. Dinner and breakfast were delicious and the short walk into town allowed us to explore all of the charming shops and restaurants that Yufuin had to offer."

"The property is generally clean but just that there's some unsightly brownish areas at the base of the bath tub. Food and service are good. Just a note for people with walking disability - the rooms are located along the slope, hence have to take note of this. "

"This place was so cute and so much fun! It was a very relaxing weekend thanks to the staff and the cats. The establishment is cash only and you pay ¥1,000 yen per day for cat cafe access. Each morning your cat treats are restocked and you are left with a little snack as well to enjoy while playing with the cats.
