"Phenomenal service, cleanliness, location, amenities. Phuong is amazing she helped us with every detail. Transportation,bookings. I could go on and on. The rooms are completely private, the only shared area is the breakfast dinner area and around the pool. I highly recommend renting there bikes and riding to local attractions. The most epic place you’ll ride a bike. "

"Upon arrival, I was informed that the dorm I booked for was going under construction so I had to pay a bit more for a single room. Room was dirty and humid. Towels were stained. Everything smelled terrible. Even restaurant in the facility had no available menu beside some instant ramen noodle. Far from everything. Terrible. "

"A surprisingly modern and "futuristic" place for a small, rural town like Sapa. The experience of staying in the pod was fun. It was extremely private and comfortable, a place to come back to after a day to rest, but perhaps not the best place to socialize and make new friends - but I don't see people coming to Sapa for that reason, necessarily. I only stayed one night but really enjoyed it."

"Very bizarre experience staying at this hostel.. no sign outside so difficult to find, also no reception/front desk so checking in was another challenge. The number provided is disconnected so I was unable to contact them, which was particularly frustrating when I got locked out after they didn’t bother to give me the door code to get back in. "If I could give the family alone 5 stars, I would. They invited us to join them for dinner each night (for 150k each) and it was a very nice experience! They also helped to arrange a trek through the area and a car back to Sapa town when it was time for us to leave. But anyone who is planning to visit in the winter should be warned that it is very cold and the home does not have heat which made it rather uncomfortable. Luckily, the days were sunny which helped but the nights were very cold....

"Don't let late night arrival at the bottom of a steep dark hill put you off. What a lovely place. The owners are nice and the family meal in the evenings is fantastic - one of my favourite dinners on our 4weeks in Vietnam! Very much recommend!"
