"The staff was very kind. Although the checkout was early in the morning, they prepared breakfast. Hanoi in March was cold, and since there was no heating in the room, it was very chilly. A heater was provided upon request."

"The hotel was located in the heart of the city, within walking distance of the night market. Hotel had a tranquil passage leading to the lobby, offering a peaceful escape from the city's noise. The lobby was spacious and inviting, with elegant Chinoiserie-style decor and marble accents throughout, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The welcome tea offered at check-in was delicious! As a hotel that opened after the pandemic, everything was modern, impeccably clean, and comfortable. The room had adjustable lighting and a foot lamp for convenience. I stayed on the 9th floor and was treated to a breathtaking panoramic view of the Old Quarter. Even from the bathtub, I could enjoy the cityscape! Breakfast had a wide variety of options, and the selection of fruits changed every few days. There was also freshly squeezed juice available. The front desk staff and service were great. Specially, Leah's service was excellent. She quickly provided the information I needed or looked it up for me, also assisted with placing orders from outside shops and arranged a late checkout for my late-night flight. The level of attention to detail and professionalism truly reflected a five-star hotel experience, making me feel at ease. I would love to stay here again on my next visit!"
