"Un lieu splendide pour rencontrer d’autres voyageurs et se reposer. Ce qui rend ce lieu encore plus mémorable est Papa & Mama qui sont toujours là pour vous avec beaucoup d’attention. Nous y avons passé six jours, la chambre traditionnelle était parfaite. Un lieu qui restera gravé ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ dans notre cœur lors de notre séjour de un mois au Japon "

"Very clean. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast is some sweet bread. They set out options for pillows from you to choose from. It's a healthy walking distance from Kyoto station with light luggage and the the Nishiki Market area but far enough that it's quiet. Front desk staff was nice. The kitchen and common area downstairs are clean and fine. There is one washer and one dryer and a clothesline on the roof. It seems like the management is still learning the ropes with this place so I want to...

"I’ve traveled all over Japan and this my worst stop. The staff is cordial enough, but it goes down from there… first, they charge you for everything from towels to ear plugs to toothbrushes. This was off-putting to say the least. Next, the sleeping area is filthy with the entrance filled with smelly shoes, bags scattered all over the floor, trash not emptied timely. The toilets were hit or miss I might add. The sleeping arrangement? I was unlucky enough to have a bed with a view of the bed next...
