"I paid for the town view room they advertised but I received tennis court and unknown empty lot view. When I raised the issue the front desk staff said they run out of that room. I felt I was fooled by their false advertisement. I’m not a first international traveler and hasn’t experienced not getting a room I paid for except this hotel. Other than that, overall experience is good. I believe they should do fair trading."

Don’t get me wrong, the location is quite walkable to Osaka Station but in winter when we travelled walking too far wasn’t a great option. The other aspect which the hotel should seriously improve is its breakfast space. Both sitting and food buffet. For a large hotel the space is quite small and buffet space is cramped up. While the variety is great… it needs space. So does...
