「We really enjoyed being in this community. It is very charming, and away from the hustle and bustle of all the business, yet only a 15 minute walk to the excitement in town. We also greatly enjoyed some day trips to "The Jungle Place", and Xcarat. Lovely people at this condo development, both the staff and the guests. 」

「This was exactly what we wanted. We were on a family vacation and wanted a condo with a kitchen where we could roam as we’d wanted with a kitchen for any time use. Lilia, our hostess were fantastic and very friendly and helpful! The beach in front is clean and quiet. The pool was a great treat for the kids. After a day in the sun the air conditioned condo was a blessing. 」

The resort is not giant, which is what we like, and has all that you need. The optional all-inclusive was another big draw for us. The host and property manager get 10 stars for their prompt and courteous communication and assistance. They will be seeing us again.」

「The condo was great. It is in a great location near the pool. Great communication with the host and super fast responses. Highly recommend. The staff at Nautibeach is always helpful and attentive. If you want a special treat, get food delivered from Javi's when you arrive. It really gets the trip started off right!」

「The suite was really nice, had everything we needed. Phenomenal location, quiet end of 5th. The only downside of this suite that couldn’t be controlled is there isn’t a lot of natural light. The pool was wonderful and warm and not busy at all.」

「So, I would like to write a very honest review , it is a tiny bit critical but overall very positive. The apartment itself is worn(out). A lot of trim and doors are painted black with a million chips. And the whole apartment needs a remodel/refinish. However, the location is spectacular! It is right on an absolutly gorgeous beach! Villa Marlin is surrounded by huge and super expensive hotels all up and down the same beach. The condo is much more reasonable than those hotels! There is a shopping...
