"I love that it was close to Xcaret and we were able to get tours. The staff were very friendly and personable. Bellitna at the Oriental restaurant made sure we got our food in time so we won't be late for the show at Xcaret. Most of all the staff modified our stay given that we didn't get there until 2 days after our reservation because of flight cancelations."

"It was a very nice stay. We really enjoyed the great attentiveness and hospitality provided to us by all members of the staff. We really felt at home and cared for. One suggestion would be to perhaps have smart TVs in the rooms for a better experience when winding down. Other than that an excellent place and we will for sure be coming back!"

"We stayed Jan 11-18, 2025. This was our first time at Grand Fiesta Coral Beach. Previously we stayed at Hyatt Ziva in 2022 and 2024. The good about Grand Fiesta Coral Beach was the dining options/restaurants and the upgraded Infinite floor 11 drinks and food offerings. The beach was also nice and did not feel crowded. "Overall a great resort for the price. Restaurants were good! Especially the mexican. Resort currently is lacking shade at the pools not sure why as the structures are there for the canvases. Buffet is good for breakfast, lunch doesn’t have much options. Smaller resort which makes getting around easy. Night entertainment was decent. Over all happy with the trip for the price"
