"Incredible location. Excellent staffs and services. The apartment is very clean , roomy and cozy. We stayed for a week in a 2 bedroom, beautiful view and quite place. Breakfast were delicious. Will definitely stay again for our next Istanbul visits."

"I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. While the staff were okay, the cleanliness of the place was appalling. The room was far below standard—it smelled strongly of cigarettes despite requesting a non-smoking room. "I loved staying here, even extending my stay. I have multiple food sensitivities and it can be hard to find what I need. However the supermarket next door stocks Gluten-free bread, sugar free drinks and great fruit and veg( Turkiye has great fruit and veg anyway). "Everything was great, except the heating wasn’t quite right, and the water wasn’t hot enough. But other than that, the staff was super friendly. The lady who made breakfast was really nice and welcoming. The room was super clean, and there was a nice gift and flowers waiting for us. And the great part of our stay, we got to watch the New Year’s fireworks from our room."

"Carina Hotel was in a perfect location! Easy walk to all the tourist locations(Grand Bazar, Hagia Sofia, basilica cistern & blue mosque) the public transportation line is around the corner and very easy to take! The front counter staff were so nice and welcoming and were there to answer and help with anything that we needed (especially Shams and Halil). Our cleaning lady (I’m sorry I forgot her name) was so sweet and made sure that we had everything that we needed and kept our room smelling wonderful. She was one of the nicest people we met in Istanbul! The breakfast was good and the beds a little hard for my liking, but overall the stay was wonderful and I would recommend to friends when they visit Istanbul! Thank you Carina Gold for an unforgettable experience! "

"I thought the property was very well maintained and its location is tremendous. It is located within walking distance of the Hagia Sofia Grand Mosque, the Blue Mosque, the Cistern of Theodosius, and the Marmara Sea. It was a quiet place to stay in the midst of a bustling and noisy city. The staff was very professional and courteous and welcoming. I thought the bed mattress needed to be replaced or repaired as had a tough time sleeping on it but otherwise we really enjoyed our time at the Hotel. Will definitely stay there again. "

Fantastic stay in the King Suite

"Very warm and friendly welcome on arrival, and met by Ozzie on reception with a welcome drink. He explained about breakfast, offered trips and we were then shown to our amazing room. Great view from balcony, spotlessly clean and fresh bottled water every day. Breakfast was absolutely fantastic. So much food and lots of choice - we certainly didn’t need lunch after the huge breakfast. Fantastic rooftop terrace and restaurant with excellent views all around. Staff all very friendly and attentive and couldn’t fault anything. "
