「Staff were friendly. The floor we were on was being renovated in most of the rooms. There were sinks, old carpet, workers, etc. up and down the hallway. Also, our room seemed to be mostly renovated, but it was missing things. In the photos they show a desk and at least one chair. Ours didn't have a chair, desk or drawers for clothing. The room and lobby were, however, very clean. 」

「Stay was amazing ! Customer service not so much I work for a company that remodels stores around the area and I recently moved from Roanoke back to Lynchburg and had to find my updated license and the lady at the front desk made me feel uncomfortable with her accusations that I would mess up the room and to make sure it was clean when I left and all kinds of rude stuff ! I am very unhappy with how she treated me and hope she doesn’t treat anyone else this way because you guys may lose business 」
