No breakfast, not alot of dinner options, areas where it looked like breakfast was served awhile back had not been cleaned up, old scraps of food on looked like breakfast bar, but nothing for guest today, coffee. The park across the way was very scenic and beautiful. Hotel could use some service adjustments

Might be nice in warm weather, but all common areas cold, small portable kerosene heaters in lobby, gave both myself and wife headache, would have left but long drive and late, restaurant even worse

Very conveniently located. Very clean hotel. Complimentary breakfast is basic, but a pleasant surprise. The only issue is that there were bugs in the hotel room. We found several flies, a ladybug and a stinkbug. Did not bother us too much. The hotel should look into dealing with them.

This is a nice and well kept historical property. The room was clean and pleasant. It had a great shower. The bed was plush and comfortable. I enjoyed looking through the room with historical memorabilia next to the office. The visitors center and trail for the natural bridge were right across the street. The only downside was the food at the restaurant was terrible, although the proprietors were very kind.

The blonde female at the front desk was rude and quite ungracious at check-out, but fortunately she was the only unpleasant encounter we had at this property . . . Otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed our overnight stay here!

The hotel room was clean, though obviously an older property that has been updated. The hotel restaurant was awful: short staffed, long wait, overpriced and bad food. But our waitress was great, helpful and friendly.

Very nice historical hotel. Nice bed and linens. Good food and service in the tavern. We stayed in a suite with a terrace on the second floor. There was a table and some rocking chairs there, but it was dirty and badly needed to be swept or vacumed.
