「チェック時間を過ぎて行ったのに、部屋が用意できていなかった。 また、フライトが早朝だったので、4時20分にチェックアウトしようとしたが、フロントに誰もいなかった。 仕方がないので、カギをおいてでるしかなかったが、タクシーを呼んで欲しかったが叶わなかった。最悪です。 」

「I appreciated the space in my room, namely the refrigerator, cooktop, microwave, coffee maker and kitchen sink, as well as the separate bedroom and two separate oceanfront balconies. I would definitely return. 」

「Everything for the most part was great! Could hear neighbors through the walls, my kids were there for a competition so going to bed at a decent hour was thrown out the window.」

「The room was very clean. The bathroom was a great size and very clean. We had a problem with the bath not changing to a shower and called downstairs and maintenance was up to our room less than 2 minutes later and fixed it. The front desk employees were very nice and so were the maintenance employees. The indoor pool was well maintained and great for my kids. It went up to 4ft deep so it wasn’t too deep for my 10 & 12 year old. We will definitely be back! 」

「Our stay at global luxury suites was phenomenal. The location was excellent right in Reston town centre within walking distance to everything, the unit was very clean and spacious. We had a two bedroom unit for the four of us and it was more than enough room. Bushra, the property manager was very attentive and answered any questions and concerns immediately.
