I was not going to write this since mistakes happen, but it kept getting worse. Our arrival(late night) was in a dusty room with an overflowing toilet. We were given another room, in which the shower was not working properly. Overal, maintenance of the rooms are neglected and we stopped talking to them about it. Breakast took almost 1hr and ordering dinner close to 2 hrs. The pool was never cleaned. Lastly, the receptionist, Lucy, decided to overcharge our stay by a lot of money. Had we not counterchecked receipts ourselves, she would have gotten away with it. The management was kind enough to refund us for one day, but I must express how disappointing our stay was, considering we spent so much at this premise. Pros: spacious garden, tasty dinner and other good staff.
