"I have been all over the world through especially Europe and the USA, I can certainly say this is the best hotel that I have even stayed for such a price. As a matter of fact, it is way better in so many aspects than hotels that were triple its price. I would recommend to anyone including my family and friends. What a beautiful, clean and new hotel with all the amenities. 10 out of 10 for sure!!!! Blame me if you get disappointed which you will not !!"

However, be aware that at times you might seem bothered by overly anxious to help staff along with what seems like staff watching every move you make. I also had a situation where I went on a safari and had talked to two of the staff members to make notes in the system that I needed to keep my luggage at the hotel upon my return from the Safari. "The hotel grounds were lush but the inside of the hotel was decent, and that's the perfect word to describe my overall experience at The Boma Nairobi. The food was just decent. Breakfast? For the money, it was simply "okay." Truth be told, I was disappointed with my stay. The mini fridge had leftover condensation and a bit of mold inside, which might not have been a huge issue to handle had it worked. This is a decent hotel - it's not a 5 star establishment. "
