「市街地から離れている為、交通面では不便なロケーションであるものの、ホテル自体は非常に手入れされており清潔感があった。何よりスタッフが非常に明るく親切でサービス面では大満足である。是非、おススメしたいホテルです。」

「Convenient location close to the mall. The restaurant opens till 11PM, good Italian foods and tagines. There's no bath tub even in prestige room. I guess the one of 2 shower rooms is a steam bath, but it seems to be broken in my room. There was no other problem.」

「The resort has makings of a Four Seasons but still need to improve their level of service and consistent room cleanliness - one of our two rooms had a roach, one other room they left one glass and a kettle and nothing else! And no one answers the front desk phone! To get a porter, we had to walk all the way to the front desk to ask them .. and we found the staff on the room behind the front desk chatting with each other! The bellboy and the porter and the spa staff were excellent! The resort...

「When you arrive the property itself is great. Clean, food is great, rooms are large. It's essentially a large Riad. On the Expedia website it's said free shuttle to airport. When we arrived they denied this and said is was Expedia's fault. They refused to acknowledge the error. I even showed them the add but it made no difference. So add an Extra 60 Euros to the price of the room if you were expecting a shuttle. 」

「オーナーが変わったのか、担当者がたまたま違ってたのか分からないが、口コミに反してホスピタリティが全く感じられなかった。 チェックイン時、予約していて確認メッセージまで入っているのに、そんな予約はない、誰だ？、のような感じで、しかも印刷しておいたレシートを見せても疑われ、なにかしらの追加料金まで取られた。 リヤド内も見せるためのものなのに、いろいろ見ていると、そっちに行ってなにしてたのか、と嫌な顔をされた。 ロケーションも良くなく、見つかりにくいし、おすすめはしません。」

「親切なスタッフの心遣いで快適に過ごせました。かつては王族が所有していたらしく、建物の造形が素敵です。シャワーの排水口に水が溜まりやすい為、少しづつお湯を使うなど、工夫が必要でした。」

「Wunderbares Design des Riads als Ganzes und auch des Zimmers. Sehr gutes Frühstück,. Überaus guter Service. Gute Lage am Südrand der Medina. Dennoch sehr ruhig und weit ab vom Trubel. Ein Minuspunkt: Wir waren über den Jahreswechsel in Marrakesch, und die Nächte waren sehr kalt. Das Riad verfügt nicht über eine Heizung, sondern nur über ein mobiles Elektoheizgerät für den Schlafraum und das Bad. Beide Räume zur selben Zeit sind also nie warm. Und es dauert auch gut 30 Minuten, bis ein Raum...

「Superbe accueil de Damien qui est à l écoute de ses hôtes toujours présent pour des conseils. Riad très calme super petit déjeuner sur la terrasse. Personnel agréable et très gentil. Très bien placé. TOP」
