「3rd time guests…we really enjoy Rafters!」

「We had a lovely one night stay recently for a wedding we were attending in the rivercourt hotel, it was amazing value for money. The man dealing with us on check in was so so kind and chatty, we had arranged early check in prior to our stay and this was absolutely no problem which was great. The rooms were spacious and the beds were so comfortable. Such a great stay we will definitely be back again. Denise & James. 」

「We had a great family holiday at the hotel. Only downside was the maintenance works going on throughout the external area from car park building, painting external walls and Jurassic park was brilliant but also very much under construction. Feel some gesture or acknowledgement from management of the disruption would have been nice. 」

「Stayed for a family’s anniversary, such a lovely place to stay, had fresh scones and cakes with butter and milk for us on arrival and all the things we needed for a cup of tea or coffee. Well equipped with toiletries and lovely and warm. 」
