「落ち着いた雰囲気で中長期滞在に適していると思います。Austin周辺では他のホテルとは異なるジャンルに属すると思います。大切な人や家族と過ごすのも楽しいかも。確かに家族での利用客が多いような気がしました。プールでも気持ちよく過ごせました。夜のプールは最高です。ひとつ?だったのは客室内のエアコンの音。寝るときはOFFにしていました。また、早朝にチェックアウトしたのですが、担当の方がなかなか現れず、UBER予約の時間に間に合うか、ドキドキでした。」

「The staff here at Frame Treehouse were so accommodating. Every request was met-above and beyond. Bed was soo comfortable, water pressure- best shower ever. All amenities. Common space was perfect for business or even morning serenity. 」

「First of all, this was our first stay in a W hotel. When I told the team that we were celebrating our anniversary. They immediately offered us complimentary upgrade. We were wowed when we opened the door to celebratory strawberries and champagne. My heart melted. My husband and I were thrilled and appreciative!」

「Only thing we didn’t like was the bathroom door. It was a sliding door and truly didn’t give privacy as the door sat a bit gapped. There wasn’t a fan in the bathroom either. Bartender Mike was great. Staff were kind and helpful. Loved that water bottles were offered as when I’m on vacation I tend to slack on drinking water often. Great price for a 3 night stay. Loved the porch seating near the pool and the gym was nice. 」

「Owner was very responsive, property was very cute, room was clean, and the coffee/tea/water station in the common area was very convenient. Inn was walkable to a lot of popular restaurants and bars. Property provides complimentary parking (4 spots onsite, and more available at offsite lot), which is rare in Austin.」

「I like this area better than downtown Austin if you are over 40 and not into college type bars. Cleaner and more upscale. Better to visit downtown with 20 min uber ride per day to go to parks, hiking and hanging out at the different places 」
