ヒル カントリーのおしゃれなホテル

「落ち着いた雰囲気で中長期滞在に適していると思います。Austin周辺では他のホテルとは異なるジャンルに属すると思います。大切な人や家族と過ごすのも楽しいかも。確かに家族での利用客が多いような気がしました。プールでも気持ちよく過ごせました。夜のプールは最高です。ひとつ?だったのは客室内のエアコンの音。寝るときはOFFにしていました。また、早朝にチェックアウトしたのですが、担当の方がなかなか現れず、UBER予約の時間に間に合うか、ドキドキでした。」

「I wish we had been able to spend more time there and relax in the space! We were pretty quick in and out. The only thing that was not to our liking was the bedding - we slept extremely hot the night that we stayed there and I'm not sure if it was the duvet or the mattress itself. Everything else was lovely, thank you!」

「The staff was very nice and helpful, however the hotel was under heavy construction so I couldn’t really see what the hotel really looked like. Would like to come back when the construction is finished. The room service was not very timely perhaps due to the construction? 」

「The staff was overly accommodating and so kind. I'm a breastfeeding mother and they went out of their way to ensure I had what I needed. The rooms were extremely comfortable and well designed. The bed was very comfortable. Will definitely stay again! 」

「Great hotel, great location, great service other than checking in, the lady that checked us in, at 2:57, said so many things that is not my problem rather, their management. One of those that she point out that I booked my stay from Expedia that she doesn’t have a room for my booking, that all the room with 2 queen beds all blocked. I asked, is that my problem? I have the impression that it’s not their priority if you did not booked on their website. I hope I’m wrong. Actually, I need another...
