"Our family enjoyed a 5 night stay during Easter week. The lobby is beautifully open air. We enjoyed the beach as well as the pool. Jose and Luis at the pool bar kept the drinks coming. Hugo & Pablo were awesome wait staff at the buffet. Freesis at the lobby bar was exceptional!! The room attendance were amazing too!"

"As a family of four, we really enjoyed our stay! However, I would like to suggest to management that they do not allow guests to place personal items or clothing to reserve spots on the beach. For such a nice hotel, there should be clearer policies regarding this issue. Guests from Colonial and Mirage are using sunbeds designated for Elegance, simply by leaving their slippers on the chairs. This is something that needs to be addressed."

"Adults only side. Property was nice. Staff were super friendly always a smile. Room was clean. I had to take the mini fridge out of the cabinet to get it to cool down, if not fridge would stay hot from the confined cabinet. The a/c in the room wasn’t quite what it needed to be which made a good nights sleep difficult. The king mattress was also very very hard which also affected the sleep portion of things. Food was excellent (coming from a fussy eater) would recommend for future travellers."
