"I have so many great things to say about this resort!! This was our second time visiting and we had a blast both times. The resort itself is absolutely beautiful, but to my family, it is truly the staff that made our vacation so wonderful! Lionel the Crazy Driver was our favorite!! His energy and kindness made us feel so at home. We tried to request him every time we needed a shuttle as he was interactive with our two year old Theo. At the end of our trip Theo kept asking us, “where is our Crazy Driver?” Lionel is a great person and made our trip so so so much fun. His personality will take him far at this resort, he is meant for great things. We hope to see him again next year when we return. Thank you again Crazy Driver!! We also wanted to mention Jency, he is a bartender outside of the Portofino restaurant. He is awesome! He was so kind to our family and our 2 year old also loved being around him! Jency’s personality, just like Lionel’s is meant for great things, I could see him in a butler role in no time. Jose was our butler and I highly recommend him!! He was so kind to us and checked in with us often. He had our room set up with tons of balloons when we arrived as it was our son’s second birthday and that made us feel so special. Paola works at Portofino and was so sweet to our two year old. We really bonded with her and appreciated her service. I could just go on and on about the staff. Everyone that we met made us feel welcome."
