「I do like the people they are very friendly. I wish more of the housekeeping staff spoke more English but was able to communicate with them what we needed. 」

「First of all the only thing we liked was the staff service. Specially Sr. Bolivar Rivas (driver). This person is at your service and problem solving that makes you feel protected. Super Professional and Respectful and a great Human. Another staff is Sr. Jose Nunez waiter (captain) he runs a ship with such a smooth sailing and great human. And finally SR. Adrian Jimenez waiter at the Level Melia beach snack restaurant. He is amazing on remembering your drinks and constantly offering his service....

「Loved the serene aesthetics of the property and all the water features, especially their Koi fish pond. Our rooms were very clean comfortable bedding. Wish the pools were heated, adding a hot would be nice. Either way we loved our stay and will be back, TY」
