"Loved the proper coffee machine and a complimentary beer. Nice decor, comfortable bed, large bathroom. As previous reviews commented, you can hear the noise from the bar a bit, but it never bothered me (a light sleeper may want to bring some ear buds as the building is in the city centre so shouting outside can sometime be quite loud). But the location (close to station and amenities) definitely outweigh any issues. I would definitely stay again."

"Mixed feelings. The Expedia price was over £200 for a suite. We had a lovely room with 3 chairs and a desk: that is not a suite!!! The bathroom was superb with big bath and extra shower, though hot water was slow to arrive. Reception staff were excellent; the barman produced 2 superb cocktails at a very fair price. But at breakfast we were shown a table and told 'that is the buffet' but not given menus or even told that we had to order hot drinks. A waitress helped us out but we'd already...

"Had executive room 1016 for one night. Very spacious, seating area, bath with seperate shower and comfy, although smallish bed. Does look onto Friar Street so very noisy and had to keep windows shut which did mean room got very warm even with AC on. Parking on site very convenient. Staff all very helpful. Pool lovely. "

Not a major problem if you are patient and know / research, the " loop " around the village! Courtyard style carpark and approach road is hyper popular. 9.9/10..... I'll be back!!"
